Compensation & Benefits
At Veritas Prep, we offer a competitive salary and benefits that reflect the incredible work our team does every day, and we prioritize putting as much of our budget as possible directly into compensation. Pay equity matters to us, and as you grow in experience, your pay grows with you. If you choose to take on additional responsibilities, whether that’s leading a team, coaching a new teacher, or driving a key initiative, we make sure that added impact is reflected in your paycheck. When you join Veritas Prep, you’re joining a school that invests in you as much as you invest in our students.

Coaching & Development
At Veritas Prep, your growth as an educator is intentional. We invest deeply in coaching and professional learning because we believe strong teachers create transformational outcomes for students, and we believe that working with others is the best way to develop your craft.
Every teacher has an instructional coach and engages in individualized weekly or bi-weekly coaching meetings in between that are tailored to their needs. Live coaching is the norm here. Real-time feedback, in-the-moment adjustments, and immediate practice are part of how we get better. Grade Team Meetings are strategically built into the schedule to meet weekly for all grades 5-12. This time helps teachers stay proactive, not reactive. You’re never solving problems alone. Content teams meet 1–2 times per week, focusing on lesson planning, aligning expectations, and analyzing data to support reteaches and adjusted instruction.
