We are excited that you’re considering Veritas Prep Charter School. Our hiring process is designed to ensure strong alignment between your strengths and our mission to prepare students for college and beyond.

Submit your application to one of the open roles listed below, through Workable, our online application platform. 

Our team carefully reviews each application to determine alignment with our mission, instructional vision, and current hiring needs. Candidates whose experience and qualifications reflect a strong potential fit will move forward.

Selected candidates will participate in a brief phone interview. This conversation allows us to learn more about your background, instructional experience, and interest in Veritas Prep. 

Candidates who advance will be invited to campus for a comprehensive interview experience, which includes:

• (For instructional roles only) A 20-minute demo lesson with students alongside real-time coaching and feedback

• A structured interview with school leaders including a debrief of your lesson. 

For finalists, we conduct professional reference checks to better understand your impact, collaboration, and growth as an educator.

If selected, you will receive a formal offer to join the Veritas Prep team. From there, we will guide you through onboarding and next steps.
